1. How can i pay for the products I like?

You can simply add the products to the shopping cart and go through the regular checkout process, We use SwipeHQ as our payment gateway where you can pay by credit card. All prices in NZD includes 15% local GST, if your delivery address is not in New Zealand, you have to select the appropriate currency to reflect the price before tax. 

 

2. Can I do Layby?

3. How can i pre-order the products?

The price of a pre-order item may not be the final full price, the final price is normally higher than the pre-order price. For example item A's pre-order price is $250 while the final price might be $280, and you will be paying $50 now to place the order. Once the product is released, you will only need to pay $200 more to purchase the product, total $250, while the others who did not pre order it will be paying the full price of $280. When the product is released, MOHOCK will notify you via Email.

Pre-ordering gives you discounts and also ensures that the item is available to you when it is released.

 

4. How much do i need to pay for the delivery?

We charge a flat rate of $6 for orders under $99, and free delivery on orders over $99. International customers can find out the shipping cost from our shipping calculator on the product detail page, as well as on the checkout page for multiple purchase.

5. How long will I receive the products once I placed the order?

Normally two to three days, and two more days for rural areas within New Zealand. About 6 to 10 businese days for international orders.

 

6. What can I do if i saw a product I am interested in but it's currently out of stock?

Out of stock means we do not currently have the product in the NZ warehouse, but we might be able to source it for you from our overseas partnets. Clicking the enquire button will direct you to the contact us form, just leave us the message there and we will get back to you within 24 hours.

 

7. Can I pick up the items I purchased?

Yes you can, but you need to contact us on local pickups as we need to arrange the time and location.

 

8. What currency do we use?

The default currency is New Zealand Dollar which is inclusive of 15% NZ Goods and Services Tax. We also support other major currencies for international customers, simply choose your currency from the currency selector and you will see the converted prices before tax in your selected currency.

 

9. Do we have Reward Points?

Oh yes, you will see how much points you are collecting on the right hand side of the product detail page, you might not see too much points there but keep in mind that, 1 point = 1 NZ Dollar, you can use these points when you are at checkout, on any In Stock item (note that we cannot apply points on Pre-orders, but you can notify us if you want to use reward points when we ask you for the final payment of one of your preorders, we can do it through the backend for you).
