1. “Participant(s)” means an individual that is currently living in New Zealand.
2. “Super Draw” means Mohock’s Second Anniversary Super Draw.
3. In order to be eligible for the Super Draw, the Participant has to satisfy one the following:
i. Subscribe to our online newsletter.
ii. Make purchase on any product online.
iii. Existing customers and newsletter subscribers.
4. All staffs of Mohock LTD. are not eligible for the Super Draw.
5. Super Draw will be taken place on 28th February 2016.
6. No one (1) Participant will receive more than one (1) Super Draw prize.
7. Prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash.
8. Winners will be notified by emails, and will be announced on the News section.
9. Mohock assumes no responsibility for incorrect, incomplete, lost, late, damaged, illegible or misdirected e-mail, for technical hardware or software failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed electronic transmission which may limit a Participant's ability to participate in this Super Draw.
10. By taking part in this Super Draw, the Participants hereby consent to the disclosure of their names, email addresses or such information as Mohock may use in the process of the draw.
11. Information collected through this Super Draw may be used in the operation and marketing of Mohock’s products and services. Participants may receive via e-mail, promotional news, services updates and other information about Mohock's products and services. Participants may choose, at any point, to unsubscribe from these mailings.
12. Mohock reserves the right at any time in its absolute discretion to:
i. amend, add and/or delete any of these terms and conditions without prior notification, and all Participants shall be bound by such amendments, additions and/or deletions when effected, or
ii. vary, withdraw, or cancel any prize or the Lucky Draw without having to disclose a reason thereof and without any compensation or payment whatsoever
